A Jeen Health karyotype test costs £290 for a single person and £550 for a couple. Both options include lab analysis at our accredited partner laboratory and a clinical-grade results report. Genetic counselling is available on request and is not included as standard.

Where can I get a karyotype test?

This karyotype test includes your blood draw at the London Pregnancy Clinic (36 Spital Square, London E1 6DY), taken by their clinical team - the appointment and phlebotomy are included in the price, with no extra collection fee. Your sample is then sent to our accredited partner laboratory for analysis.

How long do karyotype results take?

Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from when the lab receives your sample. A clinical geneticist reviews every report before it's shared with you in a follow-up consultation.

Why might I need a karyotype test?

Karyotype testing is most often recommended after recurrent miscarriage, unexplained infertility, or where there's a known family history of chromosomal disorders such as balanced translocations or large deletions. It identifies structural changes that hormone panels and standard fertility tests miss.
