Genetic counselling is a personalised consultation with a trained specialist to help you understand how your family history might affect your health or the health of your future children. It involves discussing your medical background, building a family tree (or “pedigree”), and identifying patterns that may suggest an inherited condition.
Our genetic counsellors will explain whether testing is recommended, what it can (and can’t) tell you, and support you in making confident, informed decisions.

Chat with our specialists, receive your at-home kit, collect sample, send it to the lab, and get your results in ~4 weeks.
Before any genetic test, you’ll meet with a specialist who’ll help you understand what the test can show, its benefits, and any limitations.
There’s no obligation to go ahead. If you decide not to do the test, you’ll only pay for the counselling session.
If you choose to proceed, the cost of your counselling session is deducted from the total test price so you never pay twice.
