Jeen Health is a digital and at-home genetic testing and screening service providing telehealth consultations, at-home test kits, and access to accredited laboratories and healthcare professionals.

Jeen Health is a trading name of Ultrasound Link Ltd, which is the legal entity responsible for processing your personal data.

Booking systems

Appointments and orders are managed using:

  • Semble (clinical appointment and patient management system)
  • Webflow eCommerce (online ordering)

7. Legal basis for processing

8. Who we share your data with

We only share your data where necessary and with trusted third parties involved in delivering your care.

Healthcare professionals

  • Genetic counsellors
  • Midwives and clinicians involved in your care

At-home phlebotomy provider

  • Inuvi, our third-party at-home blood collection provider
    • Inuvi processes limited personal and health data to deliver blood collection services
    • Inuvi acts as a data processor or independent controller in accordance with its own privacy obligations

Laboratories and clinic partners

  • Randox and other accredited UK/EU/USA laboratories
  • Randox may provide testing services at partner clinic locations
  • Fulgent, Natera, Igenomix, BillionToOne and Eurofins may provide testing services and laboratory analysis

Where laboratory testing is carried out, laboratories may act as independent data controllers for sample analysis and reporting, in line with their own privacy notices.

Service providers

  • IT and secure hosting providers
  • Booking and practice management systems (e.g. Semble)
  • Website and eCommerce platforms (Webflow)
  • Payment processors (Stripe)
  • Courier and logistics providers

We never sell your personal data.

9. International data transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area.
Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections, to ensure your data remains protected.

10. How long we keep your data

We retain your data only for as long as necessary and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Medical and genetic records are typically retained for at least 25 years
  • Booking and transactional data is retained in line with financial and contractual requirements
  • Marketing data is retained only while you have consented
  • Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely

11. How your data is stored and kept secure

Your data is stored securely in systems hosted in the UK and/or EU.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:

  • Encryption
  • Role-based access controls
  • Secure hosting environments
  • Staff confidentiality agreements and regular training

While no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal data.

Service-related communications (such as appointment details, consent information, or test results) are essential to providing care and cannot be opted out of.

14. CCTV (London Pregnancy Clinic only)

Jeen Health’s services are primarily digital and at-home.

Where you attend London Pregnancy Clinic for in-person blood collection or clinical services, CCTV may be used in common areas for safety and security purposes.

Jeen Health’s at-home and telehealth services do not involve CCTV.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time.
Any significant changes will be published on our website and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
