Counselling fee is redeemable
Book a genetic-counselling session first. The counselling fee counts towards the cost of your test - if you decide not to go ahead after counselling, you’ll only pay for the counselling; if you proceed, we deduct the counselling fee from your test price.
Sample collection
Prices are based on you organising sample collection independently. Other collection methods (in-clinic blood draw or home-nurse visit) come at an extra cost, shown at checkout.
Online appointments
All bookings go through our partner, Spital Clinic - your booking-confirmation emails will come from the Spital Clinic team.
Insurance
We work with major insurers including Bupa, Vitality, AXA and more. Check with your provider about cover for private genetic testing.
